Christmas Giveaway!!!

My mom recently figured out how to make some simple and oh so cute items for Christmas and she's been sewing them up by the bajillions. I told her that she should blog about them! Nope, not enough time or interest to blog about anything. So...I too have begun to make these cuties, and I'm giving away a set of 6 to one lucky winner. What is it???
Oh. Gee. wow. A fabric half circle.  Ha! NOOOOOO.......
It's a reversible fabric napkin that folds into the shape of a tree! Yay! Super duper cute and easy to make. I'm giving away a set of 6 of these. I hope you enjoy them. I had wanted to post the directions for these, but I do not know how to link to a PDF file. I know how to make the PDF, but how do I post one? Surely there must be a PDF hosting service, like Flickr is to JPEGs. If anyone out there knows how...please explain to me and I'll double your entry.

Meanwhile...to enter, check out my new link on the left that lets you follow my blog. Sign up to follow along, and leave me a comment with your email to let me know how to reach you, and I'll enter you in the drawing. OR...leave me a comment anywhere on the blog and you could enter that way too. On December 10th, I'll draw a winner and ship these cuties off to you in time for Christmas.

Thanks for stopping by!

oh, super cute! What a great idea!!! I'd love to win this set! If I don't, I'd love the pattern. I don't know how to link to a PDF file - I've offered one before and just emailed it to whomever wanted it. Not the best option - really time consuming if you get a lot of hits. But I know there are some sites out there that do host your pdfs.... I just don't know what they are!

I love the idea of these napkins and I hope you can figure out how to post the directions. If all else fails, post it to flickr. I enjoyed finding your site.

These are adorable!! I've never had fancy shamncy napkins before :::blush::: I've thought about putting together table decorations for Christmas this year, what a great start these would be!

As for linking the PDF, you can create an account with www.4shared.com, and upload your PDF file there. When you upload it will give you your link options, and you can use the direct link on your blog as a text link or simply copy and paste it in a post.

I just tested to be sure you could upload a PDF and it allows it, see example of what it will look like when your visitors follow the link-http://www.4shared.com/file/74339481/ab9bfac9/EWG_pesticide_vegetables.html

(that was a general topic one I decided to test, lol)

Hope this helps! Oh you can reach me at clwendy at yahoo dot com, for the drawing, or if you have any questions or need help with 4shared :o)

If you are using a Mac then you just go to the print menu, where there is an option to save as a pdf. Easy peasy. For a non Mac computer, you can get a program to do this for you...though I have no idea which ones are best,

Good Luck with the pdf :)

Thanks Linda. So far I can make a PDF no problem. The issue is posting it to a site, so that I can link to it from the blog. I think I've got it figured out though, so now it's just a matter of doing it. A couple of days and it'll be up...
